Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and RK Business Services LLC, doing business as Unmatched (“Unmatched”, “we”) for your use of Unmatched. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.

Your account

Unmatched is for licensed real estate professionals and their teams. Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are personal and can't be shared or resold.

Your data

You own your contacts, deals, content and documents. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You can export your data at any time, including after you cancel, for 30 days.

Texting, calling and email

• You will only text, call or email people who gave you consent to be contacted, and you will honor opt-outs. Unmatched stops texts to anyone who replies STOP.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your messages, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing laws and the Do Not Call rules.
• When you ask for a business number, you authorize Unmatched to buy a number for you and register your business with the mobile carriers using the details you provide, and you confirm those details are accurate. Carriers decide whether to approve texting and may block messages; we can't guarantee delivery.
• No spam, no purchased lists, and no content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful or sexually explicit.

Real estate rules

You are responsible for following your license law, brokerage policies, fair housing law, and your MLS's rules for any listing data shown on your website, including the advertising disclosures they require.

AI features

AI features such as the lead assistant, contract reading and drafted messages can make mistakes. Check contract dates and terms against the signed documents, and review what the assistant says on your behalf. You remain responsible for messages sent from your account.

Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew until you cancel. There's no long-term contract; cancel anytime and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Usage-based charges, such as phone numbers, carrier registration fees and messages, are passed through as shown in the app. We'll give 30 days' notice before changing prices.

Suspension and cancellation

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or doesn't pay, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Disclaimers and liability

Unmatched is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that home values, listing data or calculations are correct. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

General

Idaho law governs these terms. We may update them; if a change is material we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use Unmatched means you accept it. Questions: meaganherrickrealestate@gmail.com or 208-569-1572.
