Privacy policy

Unmatched is a CRM, website and messaging service for real estate agents, operated by RK Business Services LLC, doing business as Unmatched (“Unmatched”, “we”). This policy covers the agents who use Unmatched and the people agents keep in it. Each agent's website has its own privacy policy for the agent's visitors.
Two kinds of information
Your account. When you use Unmatched we collect your name, email, mobile number, business details, login and billing records, and how you use the service.
Your clients and leads. Contacts, notes, deals, documents, texts, emails and call records you add or that arrive through your website and lead sources belong to you. We process them on your behalf to run the service for you, and we don't use them for anything else.
How we use information
- To run Unmatched: store your CRM, host your website, send and receive your texts, emails and calls, and run the automations you set up.
- To register your business number with mobile carriers when you ask us to (carriers require the business name, address, contact and tax details you enter).
- To support you, keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and improve it.
- To bill you and send account notices.
We do not sell personal information, and we don't use your clients' information to market to them ourselves.
Text messages
Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Recipients can reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help; Unmatched records opt-outs and stops texts to that number. Message and data rates may apply.
AI features
Some features, such as the lead assistant and contract reading, send the relevant text or document to an AI provider to produce a reply or summary. The provider processes it to answer the request and does not use it to train its models.
Who we share with
Only service providers that help us run Unmatched, under contracts that limit their use of the data:
- Hosting and database (Vercel, Neon)
- Email sending (Resend)
- Texting and calling (Telnyx), and the carrier registry when you register a number
- AI processing (Anthropic)
- Payment processing, when billing is switched on
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect people or the service, or as part of a sale or merger of the business (with this policy still applying).
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account is open. You can export or delete contacts at any time. If you close your account, we delete your data within 90 days, except records we must keep by law (such as billing and opt-out records).
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored as hashes, each agent's data is kept separate from every other agent's, and access by our team is limited to supporting you.
Your choices
You can see, correct, export or delete your information, and ask us questions about it, by emailing meaganherrickrealestate@gmail.com or calling 208-569-1572. If you are a client of an agent who uses Unmatched, contact that agent first; we'll help them with your request.
Changes
If we make material changes, we'll tell agents by email or in the app before they take effect.
